A few months ago we covered a couple blaxploitation films of the 80s… certainly the tail end of the heyday. This week we go to the opposite end of the spectrum and cover a couple earlier entries that have quite a different feel.
First we review TRICK BABY from 1972, then cover ACROSS 110TH STREET also from 1972. Both of these films have higher production values, budgets, acting quality, etc. than what you may be accustomed to in the genre. What do we think about them?
